На прошлой неделе в Германии был принят новый закон о гемблинге, предполагающий только игры на тотализаторе.

Новый закон должен заменить истекающий в марте следующего года билль об азартных играх.

Предполагается ограничить количество субъектов предпринимательства, и предоставить всего 20 лицензий, с обязанностью выплачивать налоговым службам 5% от ставки.

О легализации деятельности покеррумов и казино в новом законе упоминаний нет.

По мнению операторов игорного бизнеса, законопроект поддерживает немецкую государственную монополию на азартную деятельность и значительно затрудняет функционирование букмекерских контор.
